Horses have been at the heart of Montana since Native Americans first roamed these lands, and that relationship has stayed strong ever since. There’s no better way to see the glorious Montana countryside then from the saddle of a horse. Mount up with Yellowstone Club’s friendly outfitters, who accompany members up into the surrounding mountains all summer long.
If you prefer to travel under your own power, hiking and mountain biking are the perfect options. With 13,400 acres at their disposal, not to mention surrounding Forest Service trailheads and Wilderness areas, members have a seemingly unending choice of terrain. Some may opt for backpacking into the neighboring wilderness, others prefer an easy bike trip along the Club’s classic country roads.
